In 1998, instead of the obligatory concert or dinner, a grand evening was organized in Groningen where ten young fashion designers could show their collection: one fashion designer from every associated country. For this occasion a program booklet had to be made, which along the way grew out into “Haute Culture”, a book of 200 pages dealing with fashion in relation to parties, celebrations and special occasions.
