Collection of together 104 stories from the New Testament, for the first time translated into Tabaru language, romanized, by a protestant missionary who worked among the Tabaru from 1901-04 & 1908-20. (Polman, Centr.Moluccas, op.cit.). Author's dedication to his brothers and sisters during his leave in the Netherlands, in Ms. in ink, unsigned however, dated Djailolo, Juni 1914, on first blank. Good copy. (some small wormholes inside front cover, in colrner of first blank, decreasing to a pin-prick hole in next 70 pp. at tail of front margin, ow. a very good copy).
